WHEN WILL A NEW SUBSCRIPTION BEGIN?
All new orders will be processed immediately. The first issue will arrive within 4-6 weeks of receipt of the order. If you have not received it within 8 weeks please contact the circulation department at 1.888.329.0053 or tricia@kentuckymonthly.com.

HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY SUBSCRIPTION EXPIRES?
The month of exipration is printed on your magazine label each month. On the line above your name following "KM" you will find your expiration month and year. This shows the last issue that you are set to receive. Please call 888.329.0053 if you have any further questions. Note: Because we print magazines in advance, your label may not reflect address changes or renewals immediately.

WHERE CAN I FIND MY CUSTOMER NUMBER?
Your customer number also exists on your magazine label. It is the number following "KM" and your expiration month and year. 

HOW CAN I CHANGE THE ADDRESS ON MY SUBSCRIPTION?
Please give us a call at 888.329.0053, email tricia@kentuckymonthly.com, or submit a change on our website immediately when you know your address will be changing. If you are a customer who spends designated months of the year at a different address please give us a call and we will be happy to set up an automatic address change in our system for you.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I GET DUPLICATE COPIES OF KENTUCKY MONTHLY OR IF MY ISSUE ARRIVES DAMAGED OR NOT AT ALL?
Simply notify our circulation department of the issue and we will work quickly to resove it. Please have your magazine label available for reference. You can call 888.329.0053 or email tricia@kentuckymonthly.com.

I HAVE PAID FOR MY SUBSCRIPTION, BUT I STILL RECEIVED A BILL. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If you receive one bill after you have paid, please disreagard it. Sometimes a bill or renewal letter will be in the mail stream just before a payment is processed. If you receive a second letter, we suggest you contact us at 888.329.0053 or email tricia@kentuckymonthly.com. 

WHY DO I SEE THE CURRENT ISSUE ON NEWSSTANDS BEFORE MY OWN COPY ARRIVES IN MY MAILBOX?
You should receive your personal copy before the issue hits the newsstand.  However, delivery times for magazines via the U.S. Postal Service are beyond our control. If your magazine is arriving late each month we suggest you contact our circulation department to try and resolve the issue.
